I've been having an issue since the day 5.3 patched. I played the day before (or maybe 2 days before) with no issues on the character which is now having issues. When I load up my game everything works fine if I select my alt. If I pick my main, I can't get into the game world. What happens depends on a setting:
If I have DirectX 11 Support set to Enabled, the game goes through the login queue, then takes me to the loading screen for a few seconds (the regular amount of time as far as I can tell) and then suddenly crashes without warning or error message. The whole client just closes instantly.
If I have DirectX 11 Support set to Disabled, I get through the queue and to the loading screen and wait. I've waited up to half an hour and it seems stuck right there.
I've followed the FAQ for game crashes. I've updated my drivers, resetting the settings for the game clienty, etc. I have not yet gone to the length of a full reinstall.
Again this only happens for one character. Help!
