Cant Claim The Free Game Time, Have Tried Everything

Downloaded FFXIV launcher and tried to log in but it says;

"This service account does not have a valid FINAL FANTASY XIV license for this platform or your subscription has expired."

I fill all the criteria in order to claim the free game time but i just cant log in.

I've tried the steam launcher, same issue. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this issue?
