I woulda just asked the guy his name, and asked for a supervisor... yeah, I've worked in customer service, and its annoying dealing with people who think you're their bitch, but at the same time, that's your job. Its also your job to try and keep the person a subscriber, but meh... Pissing them off and telling them they're annoying you, lol. No.
 
The first tier tech support where I work was offshored to India about a year ago. I've called twice. After I spent half an hour on the phone with the lady repeating "Please bare with me Mr. Daniel" every thirty seconds, I got pissed and hung up. I'd have been much happier with "I'm sorry, I don't know where to route the ticket to get your password reset for that domain, please bugger off and leave me alone."
 
Everytime our internet is screwed up and my dad needsta call customer support he always gets some chick from india.. he usually puts em on speaker so we can all help each other in trying to understand what they say... kinda funny but slightly annoying
