Sorry if this is a dumb question, my girlfriend and I are new to the game. She's lv64 black mage and she's been doing the crystal tower raids. She hasn't been using her limit break much since it doesn't load fully a lot of the time before a dungeon is over. She did not go to this raid with a group of friends, it was random, and nobody has been talking in the chat to explain anything.
But the last to dungeons she did, she used her lb and one dude lost his shit, saying "Why would you do that? Whoever ruined this for us is stupid," etc, and kept going on about it and even said "Good job to everyone who didn't ruin it," at the end. She used her lb again at the end fight of one of the Chrystal tower raids and two people got really mad again there. They were going on about how she did it too soon and how she messed everything up. Nobody was dead when she used her lb either time and both times it's lowered health dramatically and helped the fight go by faster. She doesn't walk into the fight and just use it, either, she waits until it's loaded which is usually when the boss is halfway depleted. Is she doing something wrong here? We're especially confused because she's gotten several player commendations after these fights despite a few upset people.
