I'm pretty new to the game and I came here from WoW. In WoW armor is divided by Plate, Mail, Leather, and Cloth. In FF it seems as though that is not the case as most of my gear is made by Weaver(cloth) but I have some Leatherworker(Leather) pieces. I tried checking a guide and it says armor is divided into types like Maiming and Fending but I don't see that anywhere on my gear. Basically I just want to know which gear goes to which classes so I don't throw away anything I was going to use on another class.
