Apologies if this has been resolved previously but I’m having difficulty finding an answer.
Late yesterday I had issues with the launcher in PS4 where I could not ‘click’ any of the links or items in the launcher screen. This included the one-off password field and the play button. I figured this may be a temporary issue.
I deleted the game and reinstalled. I’m now stuck on the licence acceptance screen with the same issue. When scrolling to the bottom of the acceptance page I am unable to ‘click’ on the user agreement.
I’ve tried a newly purchased second controller, deleted my cookies etc, deleted my save files and reinstalled the game. I’m connected to the internet, and logged in with my account. I’ve reset the modem, and also tried my phone hotspot. Also tried multiple resets and turning off the power.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and identified a solution? Also Australia based - not sure if there’s regional variations I can try?
