Put a Cruise Chaser mount in the game. Make it transform between mecha mode on land, and airship mode in water/flying. Either as a PVP reward, or put it on Mog Station and you will make zillions. Bonus if you give it mount action: Optical Sight.
I'd say make it a 1000 wins in Rival Wings reward or just put it on Mog Station for $40.
