I just bought the complete edition of FFXIV for my macbook air and was really excited to play it, but have unfortunately been having issues. When I open the launcher and log in, everything's fine, but as soon as I hit play I'm met with a black screen. The game's cursor loads, but that's it. I've tried letting it run for 30+ minutes but it stays black. I tried to contact support about it but haven't heard back. I'm not sure what to do and would appreciate some guidance!
