I made one of those for Domokun. That one is way more complex, though. You'll probably need some heavy weight paper, too; so it isn't overly fragile. Luckily, the plans are in PDF format with vector graphics, which scales REALLY cleanly. You could throw it on a floppy/cd/usb drive and bring it to your local fedex/kinkos minuteman press, or any sign printing place. There, they could probably print it to a large medium easily.
