Are There Any Local Rules In English Region?

Hey there, hello from Japan.
I've been reading the Japan forum and came here to ask a question about one thing that has been bothering me since some people have been trying to find a way to have fun playing with members from different regions.

For example, LFG (Looking for group) in Japan has its own local rules.
(This is not always the case. Just in case.)

1. 【3滅解散】 (Three wipeouts and it's over.)
This is a pre-arranged rule that says if your party gets wiped out three times in a raid, for example, you should give up. This rule is mainly used for end content.

2. 【周回】 ... Farm party (specify the number of times)
In Japan, it is very common to do a farm as a set of three or five times.
Is this the same in the English Regions?
For example,
Quote:
I'm looking for members to go to The Drowned City of Skalla 3 times to collect equipment.
3. 【取り抜け】(Once you have one piece of loot, exit the instance.)
This is a rule used in high difficulty raids, where players take turns to lot loot.
If you get one piece of loot here, you must leave the instance.
In other words, this rule is to avoid one person hogging all the loot.

Do these rules and ideas work for everyone?
Also, please let me know if there are any local rules that are used in your region!

Form Japan With Love. Thankyou for reading!
