As the title suggests I am disabled, and my money comes in the form of a card, every single month. No different than any other type of income. Until today, for the last 10 years, I have happily given my card information in order to pay for a monthly service, additional retainers, and the companion app. This game is my window to the outside world, and my one and only splurge.
Unfortunately, today I was notified my card is no longer accepted. Seeking to work with the system, I purchased crysta in order to pay for retainers and the companion app--only to find that you cannot pay for them with crysta, only a card.
I understand that prepaid cards can be a bit of a logistical nightmare, but you have a TON of disabled players who rely on this game for social connection, and making the website/services inaccessible is incredibly frustrating and disheartening. If you can't accept our money, at least add crysta as payment options for the retainers and companion app, so we have a way to still invest in our game.
Thank you so much for everything you have been for me for the last 12 years.
