Went into Bozja as r9 and I guess Castrum was running. Being r9 I had no idea and it felt like the instance was dead. Barely anyone running skirmishes, maybe 8 ppl for a CE. CEs just seem terrible with low man, wiped 3 times in a row.
I guess as r10 now I'll be able to see if Castrum is running and just try to get into a different instance? Still feels bad for those lower then r10
