Thank you for your responses in the previous polls. They were taken into account and this is what the sacs and I have decided to do.

The sacs and I believe that the option which could be implemented most effectively would be to lower city runs to 2 points each and raise attendance needed to lot first tier to 60%.

This poll will decide whether we will keep the current system or change to the one proposed.

The reasons that there will be no changes to the tiers at this time:
1. There were more people in favor of keeping tiers than there were in favor of dropping any one tier, and since it was possible to vote on multiple tiers that means that the majority did not want to drop tiers.
2. Sacs and I would prefer that a drop goes to someone who is interested enough to spend their one drop of the night on it. Tiers provide the oppertunity for someone to commit to a piece that they want.
3. I take responsiblity for calling tiers, and do not mind calling them as they are now.

If you come with us to dynamis, then please remember to vote in this poll. Have about 50 people on the attendance sheet and only 16 votes so far. If you know of an invitee who does not have access please tell them to request it by clicking on User CP on the top left corner followed by Group Memberships on the left side of the screen.

I voted for change, but it really doesn't matter one way or the other... I only voted that way because the next time RL bites me and I'm not able to come it'll be one of the city runs and this way it'll have less of an impact . Neither option will lessen or increase my commitment.

Once question though- if we do change, will it be retroactive and change the amounts on the last several runs or will it only be from I guess next Weds run on?

If change is voted for then starting in April city runs will be worth 2 points.

When 8 runs have passed the 60% would go in to affect.

It will not be retroactive if a change is made.

Since there were more votes to change to 60% and 2 point city runs than there were to keep the current rules,
starting in April city runs will be worth 2 points.

Starting with the run on 4/29 (8 runs after this poll has closed) 60% attendance will be required to lot first tier. Therefore, Wednesday's Glacier run will be the most distance run in the sheet when 60% attendance goes in to effect.
