A couple suggestions:

I would remove some of the 0's like Byx and Spear. Vecian/Loser did a server transfer and won't be back for a couple months. Ehon quit the game or is at least on a long sabbatical.

Also, can you change the last column to a % instead of decimal? It's still easy to figure out but that seems cleaner to me.
 
Will remove the 0s when I have time. They all had percents until very recently so hadn't made that change yet. As far as percents, that would not be hard to do... I'll go ahead and add that now if it makes it easier for people.
 
This should also be an interesting test of how long it takes for changes to show up in the viewable version after I make them. Uploaded the new version with no 0s and with your percentages expressed out of 100 rather than as decimals at 1:30 EST.

if its going active in december shouldnt that mean percentages are fresh as of the rule going into effect? otherwise its active as of now in which what was said isnt true. Just my thoughts on it i just barely got my pc and havent set it up yet just wondering.

Yeah it would go back the last few runs from Nov. We could start now as we have the records for it. But seems better to start it at the first of the month and give people some time. It just means that the lotting rule will start in Dec.
 
well then its not truely starting then its starting now :P is what im saying as its based upon now not when it goes in effect :P

granted i havent abandoned you guys just a lot going on irl atm. :D

The entire "memory" of this system spans 4 weeks but as it is constantly refreshing rather than refreshing once a month someone could go from 0% to 50% within 2 weeks easily. Within that time they could choose to lot money still if they wanted to get started right away. Money lotters will not be affected by this system at all.

Also since our last Qufim I have been thinking about the idea of bonus points. After talking it over with Heie I have decided that this will also be an option. At any run you may choose to lot "Points". This means that you are lotting nothing for that run, not money, not AF , not wootz ores and in return you are getting an extra point for the run. Thus if Elvier goes to Qufim and has nothing to lot she can lot points and receive 2 out of 1 points for the run. I say 2 out of 1 because her extra point will not be added to the total possible points which all of the points received are divided by.

So by choosing to lot points people who have busy schedules but come when they can to help will have an easier time keeping up in points.
 
Like I said, more power to you guys if you want to keep track of all of that shit. lol

I like that idea though. I'm presuming the extra point from the run would fall off the back end when the run it was earned on falls off as well.
 
Yes, it would be attached to the run where the bonus point was received. When that run becomes 9 runs old the bonus point associated with it would be out of the system.

Google is awesome like that. You can also set up collaboration so multiple people can edit the document. I did this for quite some time tracking our nyzul group's assault clears toward captain. :)
 
Google is awesome, and I'm very happy to have the spreadsheet maintained there instead of in an Excel spreadsheet. ^_^b

Yeah, I'm really happy with Google doc! I didn't know about it either until Sassy showed me.

It's generally not updated that fast, Falk. I'm 100% positive it'll be updated by the time it'll actually matter - next run. ;)
