I've played WoW for a while, but I've reached a point where I no longer enjoy the game. So, I've been looking around the MMO scene and came across FFXIV. I've heard a lot about the great story, but very little about the endgame after the story. What does the endgame look like? Is there still plenty to do? What content is available in the endgame, and what do you personally like best? How does the progression system work?

P.S.: I like PvP as "side content." How is it in FFXIV?
