Hi!
Yes, it's just as the title says, and I know it's rather dumb and hard to not know when you have a class boosted, but...I Purchased a boost for BARD on one of my alts, and haven't been able to pull it out from my mail, AT ALL. None of the goodies (coin) or the armor, or the boost itself. Just nothing.
The error that pops up is: Unable to accept attachment. You may not possess more than one of any unique item.
I'm unsure where to file a complaint for it, and it is actually rather old at this point(200+days). I was too embarrassed to report it or reach out for assistance in the past, but now I just want to know how to get it out, or a refund or something? It's just kind of taking space in my mail, and frankly, I don't want to delete it as it was 25$ down the drain.
Anyone have any tips or advice on how to reach out, where to reach out, and if it can be fixed?
Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how did you resolve it?
For anyone out there reading this, The lesson is DON'T ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASE A BOOST TWICE!!!!
Please and thank you!!
