When I first tried playing FF I couldn't get passed through 20ish. So much endless text and unnecessary conversation made me bored so quick that I couldn't bare to play more and I quit playing. The second time tho, it was all very different. First I have been told not to read everything and just pay a little attention to some cutscenes and the main plot of the stories, ppl also told me not to worry about doing side quests (a thing I did the first time bc I was used to do it in another MMOs).
Damn, what a blast! The ending of the main patch and also the plot of the 2.1 to 2.5 was so good that got me wonder why I always heard that ARR wasn't worth my time. The whole scheme to prep the ground to Heavenward was pretty good and the final cutscenes rly caught me.
To everyone that is wondering if it's worth, IT IS!
