A Harsher Penalty On Msq Duty Roulette

I've been a long time player on this game, started around late Heavensward and I've never really posted here until now and there's something that's honestly been bugging me since the latter half of Stormblood. Ever since the decision was made to make the cutscenes unskippable in MSQ instance dungeons, for newcomers wanting to enjoy the story, a sizeable amount of people have become...less than pleasant as a result. This was in regards to Castrum Meridianum where people have bailed out of the duty immediately after rolling it, simply because they think it's a waste of time due to granting less EXP and requiring more attention than the Praetorium. To be honest, I had wished the change come sooner because I was wanting to watch the cutscenes and play through the content normally when I first started because I was new and wanted to see how the story unfolded, never skipping cutscenes.

But ever since that change however, the biggest roadblock for newcomers to completing the MSQ isn't the challenge of the dungeons themselves, but other players, people far too greedy and impatient to the point of immediately quitting the dungeon, leaving newcomers stuck and unable to progress.

There have been a number of times where I've felt I had to report this because of how extremely frustrating the frequency at which people abandon the duty over not getting Praetorium just so they can be lazy and get a large amount of EXP, not caring about the experience of new players and helping them clear content they need to clear. I honestly feel like there needs to be a far harsher penalty imposed on those who quit when there are people new to the instance as they are actively obstructing progress for them, especially with how often this actually happens. A mere thirty minute or hour long lockout of the DF feels like too light of a penalty, a mere slap on the wrist because people will just not care and eat the penalty and then keep doing it everyday everytime they don't get the thing they wanted.

I'm aware that others have shared similar sentiments but I honestly think this issue needs to be addressed and maybe not just MSQ, but for all duty roulettes.
