Back then, my life was exhausting. I was working brutal 11-hour shifts every single day. Setting up the game on the PS3 and dealing with the updates was a huge challenge, but finding Limsa Lominsa changed everything for me. Playing 4 hours a day wasn't just a hobby; it was my sanctuary. It was the place where I could escape reality, breathe, and feel like I was making meaningful progress alongside an amazing community.
As time went on, my journey evolved along with the technology. I eventually moved from PS3 to PS4, and then I also made the jump to PC. Today, I am proud to say I still play on both PC and PS5.
I remember telling myself back then: "I wonder if I'll still be playing this in 10 years." Now, here we are in 2026—13 years later—and iam still going strong. I still enjoy this world just as much as I did on day one.
My goal now is simple: I will keep logging in until the very last day, until the corporate lights go out and the servers are shut down for good. Thank you to Yoshi-P, the development team, and every Warrior of Light who has shared this journey with me.
