Steps:
1. In Dock Poga, accept the lv. 90 " The Hand That Feeds" quest from Yubli when available. This quest is not always available, and might take days to become so.
2. Speak to the punutiy keeper and receive the cornflour treat key item.
3. Position yourself behind or diagonal from the peckish punutiy for maximum effect.
4. Interact with the peckish punutiy, and complete the item request interaction, handing over the cornflour treat key item.
4. Observe that no matter where you stand, the peckish punutiy does not turn to you to accept it or perform any animation indicating it is taking the proffered item, instead continuing her idle animation. This is in contrast to other NPCs with similar functions in the game, which might at least turn toward the player character to mime receiving an item or being fed.
