“I got kicked from an M12S reclear party on Party Finder.”
The facts were simple.
He had food.
He had pots.
He had watched three guides, two POVs, and one 47-minute Hector breakdown at 1.25x speed.
But after two wipes, one missed defamation, and a brief disagreement over whether “just flex it” constituted a real strat, the party lead removed him.
Most people would call that failure.
I told him:
“St Belenus, you weren’t kicked. You were promoted to static leader.”
Because sometimes the market doesn’t reject you.
Sometimes the market tells you it’s time to build.
That night, we stopped thinking like a PF member and started thinking like a founder.
Then we reframed the problem.
St Belenus didn’t need another reclear party.
He needed product-market fit.
So he wrote a recruitment post.
“New M12S reclear static forming. Looking for calm, consistent players. Logs helpful but attitude required. Mistakes reviewed, not weaponized. Goal: weekly clears, good vibes, clean execution.”
Within 40 minutes, he had three DMs.
By midnight, he had a spreadsheet.
By morning, he had a Discord.
That is leadership.
Not waiting for someone else to give you a slot.
Creating the slot.
Not asking Party Finder for permission.
Building the party.
