And I don't mean ranked here, I do mean casual since it has more players. No player chat means nobody can give people feedback, so they won't ever learn, and since the blacklist still puts them on your team, that makes it entirely profitable for them to just do the bare minimum when they could just, I dunno, play Frontlines if it's just for currency.
I had the same absolute deadweight with me for 3 consecutive losses after a long win streak, and the second they were out of my team and on the other side, I won again. They were genuinely a liability to the enemy team as well.
Sure, I can play tank to make up for bad players not pulling their weight, but they actively made games that could be won into losses because having them was essentially a 4v5. Which is to say, I'd like to not have to play carry roles in PvP just to make up for getting matched with the same deadweight over and over. And there's only so much you can do by trying to always play the weakest link's job to avoid getting matched with them again.
