| In my chatting, I've had a few players be not aware of just how much gear you can now fit in the Glamour Dresser with all the outfits that got added to the Outfit Glamour system with 7.4. You can very easily get yourself just tons and tons of options to use with this system. This has lit the completionist center of my brain on fire, and as such I must have them all. The quickest way to up those numbers is to acquire the Artifact gear from each expansion. For recent expansions, this is a very easy exercise of getting the Disciple of War/Magic Gear for free from the Armourer (making them dyeable by doing role quests) and spending scrips on the Hand/Land sets. For earlier expansions, where you generally can't use the base versions of the gear, this is a lot more annoying. Especially Stormblood. Oh god, it's the worst. As such, I present a guide on how to get all the outfit compatible artifact sets in each expansion. It also mentions a few traps you can hopefully avoid. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dOwkH8dRa6vnAZWD5mFNlxG_4RLQw5bMVGuBr9D6POw/edit?usp=sharing Feel free to make a copy if it'd help to check things off. If you get all of these sets you'll use up 161 of your Glamour Dresser slots, but have 835 options to choose from when making outfits from those slots. So you'll still have plenty of room for raid/dungeon gear, dyed individual pieces, and all the glam sets. Most bang for your buck is certainly just grabbing all the Dawntrail and Endwalker DoW/DoM gear, which also just looks the best in terms of graphical detail, but going beyond is pretty fun. I hope everyone has been having as much fun as I with acquiring clothes and mixing them up to make great outfits! submitted by /u/ultron87 [link] [comments] |
