As the title said. It's no biggie, they're both lvl 80 (i510) so a leveled up crafter can auto-HQ them, but I feel the quality level is way too high for them, being at 19k, while some of the lvl 100 recipes don't even have that.
The progress level also seems a bit high, but not excessive as the quality is.
They're both part of the Alchemist Master Recipes (8), green items at the bottom.
