Welcome back to another A Realm Explored! This time I looked at the second Dawntrail dungeon - Worqor Zormor
As usual, if you want to just see the video, you can watch it here.
Anyways that's all I have for you all today! I really enjoyed this dungeon and was pleasantly surprised by how much I could discover from what I assumed would be a pretty simple dungeon. Hope you found something interesting or new that you didn't know about ^^ I am sure there are a lot of other details I missed in this dungeon so if you have some interesting trivia or thoughts I'd love to hear them. As always, thank you for reading!

- The first thing I noticed was that the opening of the dungeon sets up the Valigarmanda fight! It shows how there are multiple elemental aspected enemies and magic in this area showing ice, lightning, and fire aspected enemies with the environment having ice and lightning elements. i thought this was a nice detail as it's the elements that Valigarmanda uses in his fight.
- When Zoraal Ja breaks the stairs, you can actually follow the path and see how there is a trail all the way up to the summit. There is one small break but there is pretty much a continuous staircase or path up which I found to be a nice detail that they didn't need to build out.
- During the second fight is where some really interesting information is shared. This bird, Kahderyor, can channel aether or at least use the shards of crystal to cast magic. It also can infuse aether into its eyes to cast confusion on anyone that looks at it. Valigarmanda has specific elements and items that appear when it is summoning or channeling specific elements. So again it seems like they are trying to use environmental story telling to show that Valigarmanda was able to channel or infuse aether like the other animals on this mountain though it was special because it could channel multiple elements!
- This probably is detail others knew already and just shows my own unobservant side but I never really thought about how a lot of the structures that the Yok Huy build have a lot of symbols on them. It never once registered that they carve not just their overall history as a clan but would have individual stories and information immortalized in all of their structures. This just was an epiphany as I was looking at the different graves and memorials on the summit.
- The final boss infuses aether into the stones that have their history not just using elements to attack but showing how they weathered different storms and natural disasters. What I find interesting is with all of the previous observations with the animals doing something similar, I imagine that the Yok Huy learned of this from them and worked it into their clan. Alisaie comments on his unique fighting style and the way that the stones are used but also you can see on the climb up that there are lanterns made from stone which seems to infer that they probably utilized this infusion of aether into a lot of different elements of their lifestyle.
