I am new player and now level 35 on Paladin and Warrior. I am not sure what the idea behind the cds in ff14 is.
In WoW for example I used shield block on CD while saving big defensives for big pulls or emergency.
In FF14 however (on my level) I have like 4x 10/20% damage reduction abilities. My shieldtron does only reduce like 15% (not sure how much it was) and can only be used after a lot of auto attack (the holy energy bar).
So I am confused because in wow you had BIG cds while here you have a lot of small ones.
Do I combine them? Or is It for rotation between them?
I guess for tank busters I use shieldtron? but thats only 15% which doesnt seem to be much.
Would be nice If someone could explain how defensives in this game work.
