I started playing for the first time this week. Longtime final fantasy fan. From the days of old I cometh.
But I've never played an MMO before. My younger brother was into one called.... Shaiya? I think. I saw him play and was never really interested in the dynamics of gameplay. Plus I tend to avoid online gaming in general. It's usually toxic af.
I'm starting a new job next week and have had a week to just chill and do whatever I want in the interim. So when I decided to hit "play" I figured it would be a good few hours of time sinking, and then I'd find adventure somewhere.
Cue 3 days later, and I have over 27hrs of almost continuous playtime... I took a nap yesterday. I think...
Story, gameplay, and most of all you delightful weirdos I'm having a blast interacting with, all 5/5.
