Hello! I'm an illustrator and long time player of FFXIV and MMOs in general. :3 I'm currently working on a series exploring virtual worlds and the culture surrounding them -- specifically the player culture that is formed within the game itself naturally over time, similarly to how human culture forms within the real world.
I am looking for people who would like to share any memories they have playing FFXIV, whether they are happy, sad, exciting, weird or anything else. Are there any unique traditions in the game that you take part in, or have witnessed on your server? I am specifically looking for traditions that are completely player made, not an official game event that was created by the developers.
