I have an important assignment that is keeping me busy this week and will not be making it to Wednesday run at all. Please listen to the sacks for instructions and no giving them trouble! =oP

My brief is due on Friday though, so one way or another I'll be back Sunday.
 
ROFL, ahh yes the evil case brief, proving once again that the name has dick to do with the substance.

What is the content of your case?
 
It was on an invasion of privacy claim for unauthorized use of name or likeness and public disclosure of a private fact.

or was it a hypothetical upon which you had to attach previous case law??
 
We did research for the current Mass law on it. Used about 10-12 cases in writing it.
