Unable to Return to Home World. Can't Make Selections on Data Center Screen

World Name: Issue occurred while returning home from Sephirot, Materia Data Center to Crystal, Diabolos.

In-Game Time: Unknown

Steps:

1. I traveled from the Materia Data Center back to my Home World with the "Return to Home World" option.
2. I arrived back home to Crystal, Diabolos. I did not officially login to the point of entering the game. I just made it back to the login/character selection screen where I could see my character and my home world on screen. I went to system configuration to change the title screen theme from Heavensward to A Realm Reborn.
3. I then exited FFXIV to allow the title screen change to take effect.
4. When I logged back in I received this message:

"The character you last logged out with in this play environment could not be found on the current data center. Please connect to another data center from the Data Center Selection Screen."

5. It now displays only Oceania worlds on the screen where I previously saw my character model and home world information. When I go to the Data Center Selection Screen, I cannot click on anything. There is still a star next to the Materia DC. I cannot expand any of the data center lists to show their respective worlds. My confirm button does nothing. I am lost and cannot play FFXIV.

I contacted support and they suggested I delete and reinstall the game. I have done so and the issue still persists. They instructed me to submit a bug report here within the official FFXIV forums. I'm sincerely hoping this works.

I am playing the PS5 version. Not using the PS4's backward compatibility function.
