1. On Oizys, open the Stellar Missions window and select the mission log
2. Navigate to the "Miner" subsection
3. The missions "Multipurpose Reductions" and "EX: Extreme Mining Analysis" have been swapped around
The EX mission should be the weather mission, because every job has 3 Class A missions that are EX, except for Miner, which has 4.
Multipurpose Reductions should be the regular A rank mission. Miner and Botanist missions usually mirror each other, which is not the case here.
It is these two missions specifically because:
a) Botanist has the "Multipurpose Reductions" mission as well, in the proper Class A category
b) Botanist has "EX: Extreme Harvesting Analysis" as the weather mission, which is the counterpart to "EX: Extreme Mining Analysis"
