 | They're very small (about 5" tall each) and thus were a pain to get all the details onto but they're all functional and I'm very happy with how they turned out! Zenos's hair was nylon doll hair sewn into place with clear thread since any heat melted it and any glue just ran right off; meanwhile Emet and Ardbert's hair is faux fur that worked like a charm with elmer's glue. The armor is all either carved from popsicle sticks or formed from basic polymer clay, and glued on with either wood glue or E6000; and all the clothes were cut, sewn, and painted. There's a few fun easter eggs riddled about: like Zenos having two cotton bolls beneath his skirt on the backside for a more accurate depiction, and a very festively coloured Estinien (because red is Christmas, yes yes) eating a certain dragon's eye. And then to make matters worse for my poor hands, I decided to cut out boxes from incredibly non-compliant cardboard so that they'd all have correct dimensions, and then I wanted the boxes to be pretty, and then I thought they all ought to fit my friend's personalities/tastes + the character's so they each needed unique designs. My friend who likes Zenos also likes purple so she got a sugar plum fairy box with a very much so not sugar plum fairy inside. And, mind you, Baby Seto was a mandatory addition.
