Thoughts on how to politely mention dps issues?

So, I'm progging m9s in PF. Did the last two tiers with a static, but stalled out in m8s. I've noticed that m9s groups, even with appropriate gear, are ... uhhh ... inconsistent on dps. I have my ACT pulled up, but definitely don't want to do "call outs" or whatever. But sometimes, it would be useful to reference it.

Like: I'm playing PLD, and I kept ripping aggro off of the person meant to be the MT even when I shirked as often as possible. They expressed confusion, because their gear is 770 penta'd. True. But I could see that I was doing 25k dps while they were doing 18k. Hard to know how to express that this was the cause.

Or like: People started talking about how we were really struggling on adds 2. And I could see that our viper was doing 22k dps and the bard was doing 18k dps. Neither due to death debuffs or gear. Don't want to shame them or try to push them out of the group ... but if we want to identify what's going wrong in add phase, that's clearly what's going wrong.

When you see dps issues, how do you express things clearly ... without making it about attacking people or directly revealing that you're using ACT?
