I hate that some housing item components only drop if you sync run. In particular I'm talking bout the binding coils drops required to make the allagan housing items. I can solo the entire thing on my own but the bosses don't drop the crafting items unless its a synced run. Finding 7 other people willing to spend time with things like a synced twintania fight are almost impossible.
