What is The Pearl Concord?
Pearl is a company founded on four core imperatives:
- You are to behave with decorum.
- You are to help your fellow Pearl.
- You are to be unashamed of your failings.
- You are to grow.
These four principles double as our rules.

What is Pearl's goal?
Our message is simple:
We wish to create an environment where new players feel welcome, and older players are valued.
We wish to have system where everyone feels included, and no one feels unwelcome.

We are not a raiding FC. We are not a hardcore FC.
We are not a Limsa FC. We are not a casual FC.
We are a Company. We play together.
What kind of content does your FC focus on?
This FC is ultimately about mutual cooperation, being in a social environment that promotes fun and friendship. We do raids together, we do extreme trials together - we help each other with clearing content, we discuss story and play around a lot.
We do all of these things, all without having laser focus on any one piece of content.
If we had a focus, it'd be on our efforts to help each other on various activities rather than being single-goal oriented.
