I think this was the very first attempt DX ever made on Xarcabard.
27 April 2005, a day that will go down in history....

Yes, we got to the first camp and no further. I remember that as well.

zomg thats when I got my AF2. SMN and SAM droped me and gunzz got them. O yea and Fodder tretend to kick me from DX becose I w8ted for RIII ._. think Esko was kicked for not exepting RI.

Was this the very first DX's Dynamis-Xarc. open run? And was DX an "Ultima members only" shell before, or has it always been an open shell? I think I joined shortly after July 2006. Btw, when did Pitlith got his Shadow Mantle? I remember something like you guys teamed up with some JPs and all the drama it made back in the days, just too funny :D

I'm curious about this too. I joined DX in July/August 2005 and went on what I thought was the first public Xarcabard run. I knew there had been another run or two earlier, but I thought this was the first one open to the public.

Just kinda curious...
 
There was a Xarcabard run where we created a special shell called DXarcabard or something like that.

I can't find those pics atm.... They are buried in my huge collection.

I thought the same thing too Varda, but my pictures are Dated.

Aang, I remember that run too, that was the first successful run, which was the third Xarcabard run that I went on with DX. Maybe we were a special shell or by invite only, but it wasn't Ultima members only b/c I was still in KT.
 
Oh yes, I remember that special pearl now. That was my first ever Dyna-Xarc, and I was really happy to be invited for the run. ^_^
 
Yea I got the shadow mantle a good bit ago from the first successful Xarcabard clear in Mission Hunters.

man... a SMN getting a Shadow Mantle... that's like a DRG or something getting the ring. >.> <.< >.>

just out of curiosity, did you start PLD after that or were you already working on it?
 
Nope, to add to the old skool drama, I didn't even have PLD unlocked /omgcutwrists aka /moravius

I only had SMN75 then. I guess noone could look past that and to the point of it being free lot. Obviously it would have been put to use more if i passed and a whm/blm/brd/etc got it :D
