Hey all, recently I hit level 60, and having wanted to try the gunbreaker class since I found out about it, I jumped at the chance to become one. Previously I was playing Dragoon DPS (and years ago I played Marauder but don't remember much of it.). Anyway, being new to tank, I went into a leveling dungeon and got Aurum Vale from the roll. I ended up having a fairly bad experience as I did not know beforehand that one should "not run through the middle" when pulling aggro in the first section, and should instead hug the left side wall. In previous runs of this dungeon as a DPS, this is not something I particularly noticed the tank do.
So I guess my question is, now as I continue through the game and post ARR content, how do I know which dungeons may potentially have some alternate path I should follow. I generally start runs by announcing I am new, and I really want to transition to tank full time but I am finding myself facing a lot of anxiety when approaching dungeons full time as I fear being a "bad tank" and being the reason why the party fails.
For reference, I am a sprout, but have always generally liked and gravitated towards tank roles, just this last Aurum Vale run is living rent free in my head at the moment.
