Simple request. Sometimes you are just in the mood to play a particular Occult Job. But you feel bad because that could be time spent leveling another Occult Job for the completion bonus. I think it would be nice if Fates and Critical Engagements dropped untradeable "Soul Fragment" and "Greater Soul Fragment" when you cleared them on a max level Phantom Job. You could use these as consumable items on other Phantom Jobs for experience as if you had done the Fate/CE.
