Hi, I am in desperate need of help right now. Over a year ago I made a ff14 free trial account on my ps5 which has since been completely abandoned (the free trial account) and I don’t even know the password/email attached to it anyways. Currently I am obsessed with ff14 and have started playing on my MacBook and made a new square enix/ mogstation account. I have upgraded that account to the sub and purchased the complete edition of the game, but I am fearing for my MacBooks storage and am wanting to transition to my ps5. So I went and re-downloaded the free trial of the game on my ps5 which is stuck on the account I made 2 years ago, so I purchased the complete edition of the game on my ps5 hoping that it could allow me to log in with my main account (the one on my MacBook) but every time I try to go to mogstation on my ps5 it doesn’t work and always comes up with an error and says the password ect is incorrect when it isn’t? Not to mention I can’t swap from the old dead account on the main page anyways. I am praying that there is a solution or something because I am stressing, I hope I am not permanently locked out of playing ff14 on my ps5 and that I can play on my main account. Thank you.
