(I'm not entirely sure if you can mention these websites, if you can not, I ask moderator to edit the thread and censor the names. However I saw people already mentioning them and it's being fine so I will proceed with this thread. Thank you.)
These two websites pose real threats to the game.

1) Privacy issue. No matter what, if you're running any raid or trial, you will likely be logged. Information about when and with who you played will be uploaded to these websites by someone. And even though you can go roundabout ways to hide your profile, you can not remove yourself from logs that other players upload. = Someone else uploads a log, you're still visible on that log.

2) Expectation of third party tool usage. Nowadays people expect you to run illegal third-party software that injects into game and harvests information typically unavailable to player just to "prove" that you have cleared a fight. Needless to say how unsafe it is and besides, leaves console players without a choice - hoping that someone else will break ToS and upload the log.

3) Fundamental gameplay alteration. It already became a standard that party finders for ultimate require you to have logs in Tomestone website in order to participate. Some savage parties also start requiring it occasionally. This, again, leaves people who don't want to be stalked or just can not/not willing to use third party tools with way less options to participate in content.

Usage of these websites already negatively impacts the core game and from there, it will be only worse.

Please terminate these stalking websites, or even better - make logging outright impossible. Just do not send damage and healing values of other players to game clients. There is no need for them to even have this information in the first place.

Moreover, a third party website should not control raiding scene in FFXIV. As a right now, their owners can ruin players raiding experience just because of their personal reasons in a way like making any log with their participation invalid, and from there nobody will raid with them anymore. This is just not acceptable.
