Been going through 7.3 and now 7.4 again on and alt and it just reoccurred to me how scary Living Memory must be to any non-Alexandrians. Alexandria, a kingdom that one day just up and vanished off the face of the world, now all that's left is an empty, golden city that floats high in the sky with lights on all over as if there are people living there, but closer inspection reveals that not a soul can be found, not only that, there's a strange, golden portal located somewhere in the ruins that takes you to who knows where.
It's kinda funny to think about tbh.
