Words—not even actions—can describe my intensified love for Shadowbringers. Peak fiction doesn't do it justice. From start to finish, it has genuinely gotten me out of my seat several times.
I've laughed.
I've cried.
I've grown to hate some characters, yet adore most.
I got punted in the balls by this game.
Yet for some reason, I grew to love this game.
To be honest, I was not ready. I heard this was going into free trial, and I thought to myself, "Just how crazy is this expansion? What goes on in the 'Welcome to Shadowbringers' cutscene? I don't know if I can start this without some preparations." Yet here I am, left wanting more.
Just about a year and a quarter ago, I was going to temporarily play this game because I was waiting for a game to come out, and I wanted to play it. I never expected to be so addicted to this game. I did not expect what was about to take place, nor did I know the amount of emotions that I was about to go through while playing.
All I'm gonna say is, I very much enjoyed this expansion, and I can't wait to continue!
FINAL SCORE: 11/10
(also my stocks on elidibus being the warrior of light suddenly spiked im getting a return in my investment yessir)
