...you can't use it without clearing AloAlo, because the gear vendor in Radz-at-Han doesn't offer the upgrade option until you've cleared Alo. It's a pain to Clear AloAlo because nobody is doing it anymore.
What was SE thinking? Putting in old stuff in New Content that you can't even use without clearing the old one?
