This all began with the sandwich basket housing item rewarded in the MSQ. It represents a comforting moment in an intense chapter of our WoL‘s journey. When I won a small home in the lottery last year, I knew that I wanted to showcase this gift.
It took me a long while to tie everything together, now that it’s done I felt it would be a fun place to share with other Nordvant enjoyers. The decor is inspired by locations and moments from our time on the First. Darkness and light were incorporated into the design-for example, at Eorzean sunrise the light shines over the Blades of Innocence. A famous ancient sorcerer once said, I may have gotten a little carried away in attention to detail.
The ground floor could use adjusting, but I’ll leave it as is for now. There are plans to upgrade the interior next year. A heartfelt thanks to my friend who helped me buy the house (acquiring gil is not my forte ^^)The view from the front yard is serene and putting this together was a surprisingly enjoyable side quest.
