I am looking to start playing FFXIV again but I’ve had so much trouble in trying to do so. After getting my account issues sorted I went to login on the launcher, but it told me I had no sub or that the game was not registered. I know I have the game registered on this account so my assumption is that my sub needs to be reactivated before I even get to open the game. Nice. So, I go to Mog Station to purchase a subscription, and after inputting my card info, I’m met with, “This card is not available,”. It’s pretty available, as I have it in my hand right now. I have a Capital One debit card (it’s a discover card). Is this not a supported type of card? I’ve contacted support but haven’t heard anything back… so…
