I don't know what's wrong with me. I get how his minigame works in theory. You look at the angle of the cuts on the bamboo, and they always fall straight. But sometimes I think I'm on the side of the bamboo, when I'm actually dead in front of it. Sometimes vice versa. Do my eyes just not work?
I got frustrated, so I figured I'd swap to Gunbreaker and take another crack at unsyncing Kugane Ohashi. Take my frustrations out on him by beating his ass. I didn't have the damage to interrupt his Divine Epicness instant kill at level 90, but I just hit 100 so I thought I'd try again.
That made all the difference, so I thought I had him...but then he chained me up and spent five minutes beating me to death while I was powerless to break out.
I specifically requested the opposite of this.
I just wanted to beat this cheap douchebag to a pulp. None of my friends have bothered with the Manderville quests because they think the questline's cringe, and I haven't seen anybody else in the queue.
tl;dr I hate Yojimbo's Gold Saucer minigame and his boss fightbecause I'm bad at the game.
