I'm not affiliated with the devs in any way, but I thought I'd post about it here in the hopes of getting more people interested. I myself found out about it through a post on BlueSky.
This is an RP tool that allows you to create your own profile, link it to your loadstone, and then other people in-game can see that profile through a Dalamud plugin.
Think of it like a more streamlined version of World of Warcraft's TRP3 if you're familiar.
The plugin also has a tool that lets you see other plugin users near you in-game as a sort of "RP Profile GPS" system.
