Returning to the game after a couple of years. I have rest password twice now with zero success. Have never had this happen before. Case sensitivity is correct, I’ve cleared my cache/cookies. Wondering if anyone has an idea. I’ve submitted a ticket already, but wanted to get in before I have to go back to work on Monday 
Edit: issue seems to have resolved itself. I just kept resetting password until it worked.
