Idk if it's an old change but I'm not crazy right? I play since ARR so I got used to never use regen during pulls in dungeons, but I've noticed whenever I'm not healer a lot of whm use it. Then today I tried it and seems it doesn't generate emnity anymore! Why? Was just regen or healing as a whole?
