Hi all quick question I've enabled this option in the graphics settings but during the voiced cutscenes (I'm assuming this is what the game is referring to with "cinematic cutscenes") I don't see the depth of field effect.
I'm currently at the 4.1 patch of the MSQ so maybe this effect was added later and previous cutscenes weren't changed? If so when can I expect to see it? Just wondering if there's something wrong on my end or if I shouldn't expect to see it yet.
